About Me
Relevant experience of 35 years of travel experience to over 40 countries covering the continents (other than Antarctica – id love to go but its currently too environmentally damaging ). As a teenager several times I inter-railed and around Europe, I was lucky to be able to explore in 1990 just after the wall had come down. Since then I’ve extensively travelled to over 40 countries, as diverse as Patagonia, China, India, New Zealand, the USA and Tahiti including two circumnavigations of the globe, in both directions . I think if travelled by most means of transport including flights, boat, campervan, 4x4, walking, cycling, bus, car, tuk-tuk, skied, quad bike, horse-riding, helicopter and camel.
As a true Yorkshireman I am dedicated to the principle of gaining the best value for many experience. There is a stereotype of the Yorkshireman that he doesn’t spend money, this is wrong, he only spends money when he can optimise the most he can gain from it
