What time of year you thinking of going? Travel sense would like to know at least three months before you travel. Do you have any flexibility with this? So sometimes variation by a couple of months can make a lot of difference related to the weather, rainfall and temperature.

Are you open to alternatives and additional elements on the vacation, such as stop offs on the way if it’s a long haul flight, arrival and departure from different points, or this visit other places along the way.

Travel sense will then forward to you an initial basic itinerary with primary places to visit and suggestions as to the number of days in each location. An estimated cost will be given to the vacation and a cost of the service.

Travelsense guarantees that the holiday offered to you plus the charge for the service will add a greater value than it is possible to book by an agent or other company.

If you agree to go ahead you will pay half of the cost of the service according to the grid below. Within 20 working days a detailed itinerary and travel guide will be created and when you have paid the remainder of the service charge these will be sent to you in both printed and electronic format . This will include a comprehensive details for your vacation, including all travel, transfers, accommodation, sightseeing, suggestions for restaurants and café’s, this may include suggestions for car hire event hire visit and events and performances or festivals.

Full instructions will be sent and how to book although all of the elements as detailed in the itinerary and if you wish a supported booking service is available at an additional cost. This can be done face-to-face or Skype.
